Customer Service Representative Level I (PCGS)
Assist customers in person, over the phone, and through e-mail correspondence. Maintain a professional image while answering customer inquiries and resolving outstanding concerns.
We are looking for a reliable, detail oriented,
highly organized, multi-tasking CSR with great communication, writing
and phone skills. Preferred candidates will have at least 1 year
experience in Customer Service, a high school diploma, and experience
with Windows and Microsoft Office is required.
Frequent travel is required (includes some weekends).
Responsibilities include attending trade shows, answering customer calls and e-mails, resolving customer concerns, and providing further support as requested.
