This is a superior strike that gave the obverse and reverse devices CAKED in glowing frost! Heavy, snow-laden devices sit on rich black mirrors for stark black-and-white contrast. The reverse has fully frost Liberty Bell that has a lighter, shimmering deep cameo and contrast against mirrors identical to the reverse. Superior surfaces are nearly flawless and border on PF 68 Ultra. This is one of the few stunning 1960’s that aren’t littered with milk spots! CVI: 1-2-10
