WALTER LANTZ Lantz has drawn his cheery wide-eyed woodpecker on an orange colored page, outlined in pen and colored with red marker. The famed cartoonist has signed in full with date, "Walter Lantz 1990." The image measures 4 1/2 x 9 inches showing through mat, and the basic bright black wooden frame is 10 x 14 inches. JAME WHALE Acclaimed horror film director, James Whale, sketched and signed two costume drawings for actors playing Frederick Douglass and Susan, 4to, 1920.
